We at Herbal Products by N&N are committed to providing you with high-quality, hand-made herbal products infused with care and spiritual intention. Because of the unique nature of our items, which include offerings to Ancestors (inkanyiso) and are made with natural ingredients, please read our returns policy carefully.
1. General Policy
Due to the hand-made, consumable, and spiritually prepared nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are considered final once an order is placed. This helps us maintain the energetic integrity and hygiene standards of every item.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged in transit or if we have made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong product sent), please contact us immediately.
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Process: Please email us at info@newagesangoma.co.za with your order number, a photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and a description of the problem. We will work with you to make it right, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund for the product cost.
3. Quality and Product Suitability
Our products are created using traditional knowledge and natural, African medicinal herbs. As with any natural product, especially soaps and herbs, individual reactions can vary.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully.
- If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before using a new lotion or soap on a larger area of your body.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on individual skin reactions, spiritual outcomes, or if the product does not meet personal expectations regarding scent or texture, as these are inherent qualities of natural, hand-made goods.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products: For hygiene and spiritual reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
- All Teas and Consumable Herbs: Due to their ingestible and perishable nature.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Any products specially made for a customer.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns/Issues
- If the error is ours (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of sending a replacement.
- For any other inquiries, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that as stated in Section 1, we rarely accept returns for reasons other than our error.
